Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university.
∎ Skills Required: feed Mill Operation, Feed Mill Production, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Leadership and teamwork
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, feed Mill Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Head of Production operation for own and rental feed mills.
∎ Responsible for overall production and quality assurance of products (poultry, fish & cattle feed).
∎ Ensure the products are high quality as per the established quality target.
∎ Ensure accountability of Raw Materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and other stores.
∎ Ensure the production is cost-effective.
∎ Ensure plant safety procedures are followed strictly.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality as per market demand.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ Estimate costs and set quality standards
∎ Smooth flow of production, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
∎ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Manpower management is expected.
∎ Address employee issues and take necessary actions where applicable.
∎ Make continuous efforts to reduce wastage and cost-cutting in every section at factories.
∎ Solve all trouble during the critical situation in the factories.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Prepare engineering analysis of the project including Preliminary design, calculation, life cycle of machinery, cost of maintenance & equipment including manpower cost in mechanical & electrical division.
∎ Manage all equipment with preventive maintenance activities required at a certain interval.
∎ Prepare maintenance schedule and ensure schedule-wise maintenance.
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan & budget.
∎ Prepare all kinds of reports (breakdown, shutdown, maintenance, production, delivery, inventory, etc.).
∎ Make liaisons among different departments and report to authorities.
∎ Monitor Electrical, Mechanical, and electronic work during the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 40 years
∎ Must have practical experience in Feed Mill Operation.
Salary: Negotiable
