Experience:

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Battery, Storage cell

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng. & Production

• Masters in related subject.

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Battery, Storage cell

• Age At least 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience at least 20 year(s) including 5 years in same position. Especially- Manufacturing (FMCG).
• Sound Knowledge of estimation regarding civil work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English·
• Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
• Excellent Computer literacy.

• Responsible for efficient factory management which includes – administration, production, waste control, quality control, maintenance, store, logistics and distribution management.

• Monitor & lead the entire team of production of Manufacturing industry/FMCG.

• Overall supervision of daily operations of the manufacturing plant.

• Direction & co-ordination with plant manager for the effective output of the plant, monitor day to day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.

• Ensure proper supervision of people, machines, materials, maintenance and vehicle routing.

• Ensure quality control and inspection of concrete molds and set up and service to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements.

• Analyze workplace productivity, assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on time.

• Develop and control plan and make budget for materials, machinery, maintenance and overall expenditures. 

• Develop plan and execute efficient logistics and distribution of finished products and services.

• To supervise & analyze the production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

• To oversee all levels of staff activity and performance, develop process to increase productivity and enhance performance, ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Co-ordinates the overall activities through proper planning and effective communication with peers, team members, customers (Internal and external) suppliers and technical staff to achieve sustained growth of the company.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

• Liaison with various government organizations like- Titas gas, REB, T &T, PWD etc.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
