Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public Engineering University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of independently running a WTP plant as head of the plant.
∎ Capable of preventive maintenance, trouble shooting & break down maintenance of all kinds of Fabrics Dyeing, Washing, Dryer of Textile machinery & utility such as Gas Generator, Gas Boiler, A/C Plants, Chiller, Compressor etc.
∎ Also should have good knowledge about Stenter machine, wrapping machine, Sanforizing machine, Mercerizing machine etc.
∎ To be responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance of fabrics dyeing machines and of utility plants.
∎ Assist Head of Dept. for overall activities & outcome of the assigned account with absolute perfection
∎ Prepare the schedule for daily/weekly/monthly routine maintenance.
∎ Ensure all types of work report are set and keep the record properly
∎ Resolve dyeing machines day to day problems.
∎ Maintain and manage Relay Board, PC Board and Inverter strongly
∎ Share the knowledge about the machines, tools and arrange training for fellow members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 10 years working experience in RMG sector.
