Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of managing compliance department Independently without supervision.
∎ Expertise on Social, technical and environmental compliance.
∎ Ensure safety & security of the factory.
∎ Have sound knowledge on ACCORD & ALLIANCE requirement.
∎ Follow up recruitment of right person in right place in right time as per HR Planning
∎ Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update
∎ Ensure all Admin, HR & Compliance issue for associates factories.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits:
∎ Social compliance Audit.
∎ Technical/Quality Assurance Audit.
∎ Security System Audit (CTPAT)
∎ Must have software handling experience.
∎ Handling Buyer Technical Audit.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up employee training for Human Resource development & Organizational Development in a cost effective manner
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Appraisal System for all workers, staffs and management personnel in the group.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Conducting Job analysis, preparing Job Description & Job Specification
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct Domestic enquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ To lead, control, direct, appraise & motivate and trained up the fellow staffs
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running all factories including corporate office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
