Job Context:
∎ As the Deputy General Manager of Yarn Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales activities related to polyester, CVC (Chief Value Cotton), PC (Polycotton), and Tencel yarn products. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share. You will work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and maintain a strong competitive position in the yarn industry.

∎ NASSA Group`s readymade garment and textile manufacturing division has achieved globally respected status as a supplier of yarns, textiles and ready-made garments for branded and private label clients worldwide.
∎ We are seeking a computable Director of Production for Garments division who have experience more than 200 line operation and meet the following criteria.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to create comprehensive marketing strategies for polyester, CVC, PC, and Tencel yarn products. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve or exceed them. Monitor sales performance regularly and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
∎ Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the various yarn products. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use this information to improve product offerings and make data-driven business decisions.
∎ Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while considering market dynamics and customer expectations.
∎ New Market Development: Identify and explore new market opportunities for the company's yarn products. Develop market entry plans and execute them effectively.
∎ Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce.
∎ Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to various initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales results, market share, and other relevant metrics. Use data analysis to derive insights and recommend improvements.
∎ Quality and Compliance: Ensure that the yarn products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry certifications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The potential candidate must be result oriented;
∎ Must be specialized with CVC, POLY & PC Marketing.
∎ Should have the capability to work independently to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities;
∎ Must have good contact with the local garments/textile manufacturer, multinational liaison/ regional offices;
∎ Committed and enthusiastic to learning attitude;
∎ Capable to work under pressure;
∎ Must have the mentality for frequent movement all across the county;
∎ Must be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures;
∎ Must have the knowledge of Local and International L/C;
∎ Able to reports preparation and presentation skill is a must.
