• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any discipline from reputed public or private universities ( Education will be relaxed in case of on hand experience in relevant field).

• On hand proven experience will be given priority.

• Proven experienced both local and foreign candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong knowledge of textile/Yarn Dyeing, weaving, finishing and RMG.

• Good at problem solving skills, team building skills and negotiation skills.

Job Context

We are looking a dynamic and responsible "DGM/ Sr. DGM” in Printing Department of our Paramount Textile PLC factory whcih is located at Gilarchala, Sreepur, Gazipur. It’s a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities     

• Develop print samples as per buyer requirements collaborating with Research and Development (R&D) Department.

• Ensure buyers` design, color accuracy, and quality standards as feedback provided by buyers.

• Oversee the sample approval process with buyers, incorporating any revisions and finalizing samples before moving to bulk production.

• Advise and develop precise recipes (e.g., color formulations, chemical requirements & mixture) to meet unique buyer demands for print quality.

• Analyze recipes and processes to improve color consistency, quality and cost-efficiency in line with buyer requirements on continuous basis.

• Prepare order cost sheets considering expenses of materials, labor, overhead & buyer specification.

• Estimate color and chemicals requirements for a specific order.

• Monitor inventory levels of chemical, colors and other materials.

• Develop production plan considering cost-efficient resource allocation and machine breakdown time in order to meet buyer deadlines.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure buyer specification, quality and delivery deadline.

• Provide training to printing team on best practices, operational efficiencies, compliance & safety.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance & providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards across the printing operations in compliance with governmental, industry and buyer requirements.
