Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the company's fabric sales in international markets across North America, Europe, Japan, UK.
Identify, approach, and onboard new overseas buyers.
Utilize existing buyer networks and industry contacts to generate export orders.
Maintain strong relationships with current buyers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct buyer meetings, product presentations, and price negotiations.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers for international clients.
Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely order execution.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Monitor global textile market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Participate in international textile fairs, exhibitions, and sourcing events when required.

Academic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in fabric sales, textile marketing, or international business development.
Must have strong connections with international fabric buyers, importers, distributors, sourcing offices, and textile traders across North America, Europe, Japan, UK.
Strong network of active fabric buyers, sourcing agents, and importers.
Demonstrated track record of securing export orders and achieving sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of fabric manufacturing, textile products, and export procedures.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Ability to independently develop and manage international buyer relationships.
Strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
Candidates who already possess an active network of international fabric buyers and can immediately contribute to export order generation will be given highest preference.
