Responsibilities & Context:
Cassa Bleu is seeking a highly experienced and proactive professional to manage end-to-end order execution and production follow-up within the denim fabric manufacturing process.
Experience Required:
5–10 years of experience in a similar role within a denim mill or denim fabric manufacturing environment in Bangladesh.
Proven experience working with reputed denim mills in Bangladesh.
Strong background in production follow-up, material planning, and order execution.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Follow up and coordinate all customer orders from order confirmation through final fabric delivery.
Monitor and control the complete denim manufacturing process, including Ball Warping, LCB (Long Chain Beaming), Indigo Dyeing, Sizing, Weaving, Singeing, Finishing, Inspection, and Dispatch.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) status at every production stage and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Follow up on yarn, dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials to ensure timely availability for production.
Monitor yarn, dye, and chemical inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to prevent shortages.
Maintain visibility of yarn and chemical stock status, incoming materials, consumption, balance stock, and replenishment requirements.
Ensure proper allocation of yarn and chemicals against production orders and planned schedules.
Monitor yarn, dye, and chemical consumption throughout the production process and verify actual consumption against standards and budgets.
Analyze consumption variances and identify opportunities to improve material utilization and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with technical, production, planning, warehouse, sourcing, and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Prepare and maintain reports on order status, production progress, yarn inventory, chemical inventory, consumption, WIP status, and delivery schedules.
Identify production bottlenecks, material shortages, and potential delays, and take corrective actions to ensure on-time execution.
Follow up with denim mills on daily production performance and ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
Ensure all customer orders are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards, production targets, and delivery commitments.
Support management with production planning, capacity utilization, and order prioritization decisions.
Technical Knowledge Required:
Comprehensive understanding of denim fabric manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of yarn planning, dye and chemical management, inventory control, and production coordination.
Thorough understanding of yarn, dye, and chemical consumption calculations and monitoring.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and material flow management.
Ability to analyze production data, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Software & System Knowledge:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems used in textile and apparel manufacturing.
Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, order tracking, and reporting systems.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Datatex, FastReact, or similar ERP platforms will be an advantage.
