Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall Accounts & Finance operations including budgeting, cash flow, AP/AR, and treasury.
Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure VAT, Tax and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
Maintain strong internal controls, financial documentation, and process improvement.
Manage LC, bank reconciliation, loan/OD facilities, and liaison with banks.
Guide and supervise the Accounts & Finance team for efficiency and integrity.
Communicate daily with factory operations to track production achievements and align them with financial planning.
Use sound knowledge of woven garments operations to assess costing, production impact, and profitability.
