∎ Masters or equivalent degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.
∎ Develop, implement and administer all aspects of the plant’s Security Program.
∎ Supervises all activities on the property, to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, and regulations are enforced throughout the plant.
∎ Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.
∎ Plan, design, maintain, and implement appropriate network strategy ensuring optimum security levels liaising with IT department in accordance with regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Retired Army Officers in the rank of Major / Captain or candidates having minimum 10 years of experience as Manager in Private Security Agency, are eligible to apply.
∎ Physically well fit.
∎ Good knowledge on information technology.
∎ Willingness to work in the company for long period.
∎ Candidates having security related certification, will be given preference.
∎ Incumbents who had been court martialed / discharged on disciplinary ground, will not be considered.
∎ Able to learn new technology.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
