∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Developers, Real estate companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate targets for products and services.
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Meet individual and team sales target.
∎ Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy & tactics to increase effectiveness.
∎ Prepare marketing/ sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
∎ Manage the Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Search and bring out new customers/clients.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients.
∎ Visit the potential customer on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor, review and report on all sales activities.
∎ Organize promotional events.
∎ Keep the management updated on periodical sales progress.

∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure
