∎ Retired Army Officer (not below the rank of Major) or retired Police Officer (not below the rank of Police Superintendent) will be given preference.
∎ 5-10 years of experience in safety and security management.;
∎ Experience in developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing security operations.
∎ Experience working in conflict and post-conflict settings.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implementation of safety and security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks, protect company asset and employee and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Oversee security operations, including incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
∎ Responsible for managing of security vendors (Security guard, CCTV, access control etc.) to safeguard the company's assets, the physical safety of the employees and visitors.
∎ Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions and establish preventive measures.
∎ Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing timely and effective resolution.
∎ Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to maintain effective communication and response strategies.
∎ Facilitate training sessions for staff on safety and security policies, procedures, and emergency response.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations.
∎ Prepare and present security reports to senior management, highlighting significant findings and recommendations.
∎ Support the development and maintenance of security awareness programs across the company.
∎ Job Location: Kiam Metal Industries Ltd.-BSCIC, Kushtia and Kiam Glassware Industries Ltd.-National Special Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram
∎ Overall Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of safety and security protocols to protect employees, assets, and operations. He will also play a key role in incident response, emergency planning, and promoting a safety-conscious culture within the company.
