Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Communicate regularly with textile & Garments Accessories division in order to make efficient sourcing plan for Dyes, Chemicals, Auxiliaries & Garments accessories raw materials.
∎ • Communicate with Planning Department regarding monthly T&A to ensure on time CDA & other raw materials delivery;
∎ • Communicate with both local & overseas suppliers to overcome any difficulties/issues or to accommodate any changes/amendments in order to ensure smooth/on time delivery;
∎ • Ensure re-order level of accessories & maintain inventory.
∎ • Perform market survey in order to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness,
∎ • Ensure coordination with commercial/Finance & Accounts Department for logistics/payment planning.
∎ • Visit factory time to time in a regular interval and meet with store personnel/plant head to know their requirement and take action accordingly.
∎ • Monitor and evaluate vendors/suppliers performance & material performance.
∎ • Visit market time to time to collect information about rate fluctuation.
∎ • Implement the purchase policy and follow them strictly.
∎ • Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from concern department.
∎ • Collect quotation from vendor & complete Price negotiation.
∎ • Prepare suppliers evaluation report before order confirmation.& take approval from Management
