∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess production reports received from production lines/areas to provide solutions. These repots include fabric inspection, cutting room reports, inline inspection, and end line inspection, finishing room, reconciliation and rejection reports through to pre final and final reports.
∎ Interact with Merchandisers on critical issues of fabrics, trims and other day to day technical problems such as size specifications, fitting etc. to provide solutions.
∎ Implement inspection system based on DHU and ensure that DHU are within the set parameters.
∎ Make quality evaluations such as level of quality on weekly basis to provide feedback to the management and ensure to make the factory a zero claim factory. To lead factory to ensure zero rejection at the final packed goods at the internal and external inspection stage.
∎ Conduct Quality Drills and implements Traffic Quality system on the sewing floor to motivate and ensure right quality at first time.
∎ Implement CAPA -corrective action and preventive action to drive the factory towards more preventive actions.
∎ Supervise and guide quality in charges and auditors in production areas. This includes anticipating expected problems, in conjunction with the quality team so that production dept. can be prepared for them in advance.
∎ Check garments rejections, reassess and improve them so the quality pieces are shipped.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management
