Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Masters/MBA in Finance/Accounting from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain annual asset management plans and ensure all plans are aligned with departmental strategy and budget
∎ Create an effective procedure to manage all fixed assets of the company and monitor up-to-dated fixed asset depreciation expense calculation
∎ Oversee and manage fixed assets tracking and identify all existing fixed assets of Kazi Farms and all of it's sister concerns
∎ Plan and prepare short term and long term financial budget forecasting to meet organizational objectives
∎ Identify financial gaps between budget and actual expenditure by producing comparative and variance analysis report
∎ Conduct half yearly and year end physical stock taking of all cost centers, and collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements
∎ Responsible for all technological upgrades and changes related to fixed asset accounting
∎ Review, analyze and approve invoices obtained from Fixed Asset Associate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience of professional ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision, etc.)
