Job Context
Reporting to senior management, leads the formulation and execution of knit fabric marketing strategies tailored to B2B garment manufacturers. Key emphasis lies on leveraging digital platforms, industry events, and data-driven insights to address knit-specific demands such as colorfastness, precise GSM control, and eco-friendly dyeing processes compliant with global standards.
Job Responsibilities
Develop targeted B2B marketing strategies based on RMG market trends, buyer requirements for knit fabrics (e.g., colorfastness, GSM accuracy), and export priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key RMG clients through regular visits, presentations, and feedback sessions to secure repeat orders and new business.
Conduct market analysis of RMG buyer needs, competitive knit fabric offerings, and emerging trends like eco-friendly dyeing to inform product positioning and sales support.
Coordinate participation in BGMEA/BKMEA trade events and buyer meets to showcase knit fabric capabilities and network with garment exporters.
Collaborate closely with production, sales, and R&D teams to align marketing with knit fabric availability, new developments, and delivery timelines for RMG orders.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, track B2B lead conversion and client retention metrics, and provide performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Gather RMG buyer insights on knit specifications (e.g., shrinkage control, reactive dyeing results) to drive continuous improvement in fabric quality and service.
