Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of planning & marketing to fill up the capacity for multi-specialty hospital
∎ Applicant must have vast knowledge about Hospital Operation
∎ Responsible for total business development and marketing operations
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase sales. Also, to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure stakeholders attraction.
∎ Setting KPI for the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience in Hospital Management
∎ Proven track record of managing operations of Hospital or Medical Services
∎ Good understanding of Hospital Operations, Quality Management, Doctor Management etc.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
∎ Highly motivated, with a curious mind and passion for excellence and innovation.
Salary: Negotiable
