∎ MBA / BBA / Post Graduate degree in business / commerce studies from any front line university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position shall primarily be responsible for handling sale of Apartments and Commercial spaces of the company and leading the sales team.
∎ The position requires experience in selling apartments of Modern gated Community Complex.
∎ The applicant must have verifiable accomplishments in strategically planning, implementing and improving the sales status of an organization.
∎ The applicant should be efficient in finding out appropriate customer segments for Apartments, Shops, Commercial Spaces and other salable properties of the company and directing the terms to approach them decently.
∎ The applicant should have efficient communication & negotiation skill to have potential clients and sell ABC products as per company strategy & policy.
∎ He should be able to perform as Sales team leader to direct and monitor the team members to achieve sales target and pursue in closing deals effectively.
∎ The applicant also needs to supervise and monitor the progress of collection process and expedite when it is necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ The candidate should be smart, intelligent and a team player; must have fluency in Bengali & English Language and proven skill in negotiation, building inter-personal relationship, good social contacts etc. The candidate should have the attitude to work in a challenged and pressured environment.

Salary: Negotiable
