Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and monitor Compliance plan and policies, ensure full and professional implementation in all business units of the company.
∎ Ensure and monitor Performance Management system and assist all concerned to practice the appraisal process by preparing and updating necessary documents as and when required.
∎ Ensure the implementation of different buyers COC/Compliance standard (i.e. H&M, Inditex, Primark, Lidl) and facilitate certification program like BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, RCS, OCS, GOTS, GRS, OHSAS, OEKO-TEX, C-TPAT, ISO-9001:2015, 14001:2015, FSSC, FSC, LEED, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc., keep factory full compliant in 365 days.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) based on Internal and External audits & ensure physical execution of the recommendations.
∎ Ensure necessary training to workers & staff as per yearly training calendar such as Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Buyer code of conduct, legal rights, Abuse and harassment, Company policies etc.
∎ Identify potential fire hazards and risk analysis, Conduct fire drill and evacuation drill on regular basis.
∎ Ensure Sustainability initiatives on usage of Energy, Water and Chemicals, Waste management, people and communities etc as and when required.
