Job Context:
∎ The Role: The overall purpose of this role is to provide versatile support for various aspects of social media. This position will mainly be responsible for social media management, content creation, brand advocacy and research insights.
∎ What we are looking for: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Development Trainee - Social Media to join our communication team. As a Development Trainee, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others. Your primary goal will be to engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, the ability to create engaging posts and reels, and exceptional writing skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Location: Dhaka (with field visits as per requirement).
∎ Job type: Fixed Term.

Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam National E1 pay band

Compensation & Other Benefits:
