Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ Minimum Diploma in Agriculture (Graduation from Govt. ATI is preferable)
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer literacy, Report Writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
promotional activities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Promotion:
∎ To promote company and company's product in the assigned territory as regular basis
∎ To take part various field promotion activities such as IFC (Individual Farmers Contact), farmers meeting, retailer meeting and campaign etc.
∎ Trial and Demo trial:
∎ To set demo trial with company's flagship products and other products to exploit potential market in assigned area or territory
∎ To set trial with company's pipeline product and competitor product.
∎ To collect data and report business development department time to time
∎ To maintain liaison with local DAE (Krishi Office) in regular basis to promote company's product
∎ Other activities:
∎ Regular visit of distributor and retailer point to create demand in regular basis
∎ Working with sales and marketing team and assist market promotion activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Having working experiences in similar position with reputed company and agri business arena (Pesticides, Fertilizers and Seeds) will get preference.
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Very good in team work.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Willing to travel frequently by motorcycle for field visit. Driving license is must.
Salary: Negotiable
