• Associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in CAD or BIM software preferred.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel detailing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings for steel structures and components using CAD software.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to gather information and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Document and maintain records of all drawings and revisions.

• Provide support during the fabrication and installation phases.

• Resolve any design issues that arise during the construction process.
