∎ Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Leather Engineering
∎ Bachelor in Leather Engineering and Technology
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with Leather Goods experience
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Good command in English (Writing & Communicating)
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Smart and skilled with communication.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Any kind of new development and customer satisfaction is major duty.
∎ To design & develop new idea according to the demand & trend of different market.
∎ Maintain Grading, pattern engineering, last development as per buyer requirements.
∎ Must follow up from sample making to shipment sample & bulk production to ensure the desired quality level.
∎ To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.
∎ To co-ordinate with buyers Q.C.
∎ Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
∎ Follow up the sample development and process to obtain sample approval in time to meet the production plan.
∎ To follow-up work properly to ensure smooth production in PD Department.
∎ To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned merchants as well as factory Management.
∎ To follow up the company's & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.
