Educational Requirements:
∎ Associate or Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making presentations to potential clients to win contracts.
∎ Coming up with the design ideas, images and graphics incorporating the client's logo and corporate colors and discussing these with the clients.
∎ Making presentation to potential clients to win contracts.
∎ Discussing the brief with clients and identifying the key messages they wish to convey.
∎ Gaining in-depth understanding of the client's organization, products, images and target market.
∎ Researching cost and working within a budget.
∎ Revising designs according to feedback from clients and other members of the design team.
∎ Overseeing the production of the chooses design, checking the quality and making sure the project is completed to schedule..
∎ Moderate the design as per need of modern customers and the benefits of the company.
∎ Determining the length of the footwear and displaying them to the peoples and clients from different angles in order to promote and advertise.
∎ Ensuring that the design prepared by him are profitable and could have made names in the fashion market and also to the retails customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical Experience from any Footwear Manufacturing Industry!!
∎ Should have an interest in fashion and trends
∎ Should have a creative eye
∎ Must have to pay attention on detail
∎ Should have an appreciation of shape, proportion and human anatomy
∎ Should have excellent drawing and making skills
∎ Capable to understand different materials and how they can be used
∎ Should have experience in fashion, footwear, textile, product, graphic or industrial design
∎ come up with fresh, relevant and innovative ideas
∎ Should have technical product knowledge
∎ Should have a strong sense of international market trends
∎ Should be skilled in using a Mac and computer drawing programmed
∎ Should have excellent free-hand drawing and rendering skills
∎ Should have flair for design and colour
∎ Should be creative imaginative and energetic.
∎ Should have strong communication skills with buyers.
