∎ Tech-savvy enough to handle basic reporting, Zoom calls, and WhatsApp communication.
∎ Prior experience in fashion, tailoring, merchandising, or factory sourcing is a plus.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit fabric markets and production hubs (e.g., Mirpur) to source, negotiate, and pick up materials.
∎ Communicate effectively with tailors, vendors, and factories.
∎ Coordinate measurements, fittings, and quality checks with precision.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive stock and design information responsibly.
∎ Assist in managing production timelines, pickup schedules, and deliveries.
∎ Provide basic reporting and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Work closely with the lead designer and act as a bridge between creative and production
∎ We’re looking for a smart, educated, and trustworthy male assistant who can support a growing fashion brand by managing sourcing, fabric coordination, basic QC, and daily factory/shop communications. This is not a designer position but a design coordinator/production assistant role — ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, great taste, and a basic understanding of tailoring and fabric.
