∎ Deputy/Asst. Manager (Sales)-2,Sr. Executive -02
∎ We are looking for strong & energetic Deputy/Asst. Manager & Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing) - Person for a Renowned Real Estate company.
∎ Work from office but visit to Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time for Corporate and Lot Sales
∎ Must be target oriented, able to work as a team leader.
∎ Make sales plan to achieve the target.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non-achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
∎ Do monthly reporting of target and receivable recovery to management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Sales revenue by ensuring profitability through price increase.
∎ Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it indecently.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) Deputy/Asst. Manager & 3 to 5 year(s) for Sr. Executive
