Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies for ensuring B2B sales revenue targets and expand the REL’s corporate client base.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Set sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business strategy.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
∎ Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
∎ Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
∎ Actively monitor online tender platforms (eGP) and government websites to identify relevant business opportunities, thoroughly reviewing tender documents to understand client needs, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
∎ Track expenses and ROI for sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
