Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Social Science from a reputed university.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective ILRP training for the affected people in project area.
∎ Work Location: Chattogram & Cox`sbazar Districts.
∎ Reporting to: Team Leader (Training)
∎ Contract Duration: 2 Years (Contract may be extended depending on availability of fund)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & implementing ILRP Training Program
∎ Established close liaise with concern Department.
∎ Lead the team for Training Need Assessment on ILRP
∎ Ability to conduct groups meetings, FGDs, social/action research for programme planning
∎ Arrange training on Resettlement and Livelihood to the area
∎ Design training programs, arrange logistics and conduct communication activities to the concern person
∎ Prepare & Develop livelihood training module, schedule and handbooks
∎ Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
∎ Follow-up and report on training outcomes
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
∎ Facilitate placement of participants into relevant job according to their personal employment plan.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of training courses.
∎ Work closely with concern stakeholders
∎ Closely monitor the progress of data entry and ensure that data collected is validated; and
∎ Frequent field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
∎ Strong aptitude with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience on ILRP implementation.
∎ 2 Years' experience in Resettlement Plan implementation for the project affected persons who are displaced for land acquisition by government.
∎ Interpersonal skills and knowledge for working with the poor and underprivileged.
∎ Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Resourceful with excellent trouble shooting & problem-solving skill
∎ Superior work ethics and time management skills and ability to deliver within deadlines
∎ Working on under pressure in any time.

Salary:
∎ Salary: 45000/- (Negotiable)
