Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview: The Deputy Sales Manager (DSM) is the custodian of Leadswin’s total sales ecosystem, fully accountable for driving strategic sales growth, strengthening institutional market presence, and ensuring end-to-end execution of subscription and enterprise sales for Eduman, EduCARE, ValuePlus, and all future Leadswin solutions.

This role demands strong ownership, relentless field execution, performance coaching, and data-backed governance, ensuring full departmental alignment with Leadswin’s vision, revenue goals, and cross-functional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Departmental Leadership & Strategic Execution

  • Act as Head of the Sales Department — fully responsible for departmental plans, goal setting, policy compliance, SOP enforcement, and daily performance management.

  • Translate company sales strategies into actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual field plans, ensuring seamless alignment with overall business goals.

  • Expand Leadswin’s market footprint by spearheading district, upazila, and institution-level strategic campaigns.

  • Enforce sales governance, ensuring all ASMs and CSOs follow standard processes, reporting protocols, and ethical conduct.

Sales Target Achievement & Revenue Accountability

  • Hold total accountability for the achievement of individual, team, regional, and national sales targets for all products.

  • Develop, monitor, and optimize KPI dashboards, lead conversion pipelines, and performance trackers.

  • Implement real-time interventions for underperforming regions, driving corrective actions and turnaround plans.

Team Development, Discipline & Capability Building

  • Build a high-performance sales culture through continuous coaching, advanced training, and practical workshops.

  • Identify leadership potential within the sales hierarchy and develop future ASMs and Regional Heads.

  • Enforce strict performance discipline, accountability frameworks, and recognition for results.

Field Operations Oversight

  • Conduct regular field audits, surprise inspections, and client meeting observations to ensure ground-level execution quality.

  • Verify the accuracy of CRM updates, field activity logs, demo reports, and institutional engagement evidence.

  • Resolve on-ground operational bottlenecks, enabling teams to close deals faster and at scale.

Institutional Market Development & Relationship Building

  • Forge and maintain long-term relationships with key institutional decision-makers, education boards, and community leaders.

  • Strategically support ASMs in high-value negotiations, presentations, and institutional partnership closures.

  • Identify emerging markets, competitor threats, and new institutional segments for sustainable expansion.

Cross-Departmental Alignment & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure sales activities are fully supported.

  • Deliver timely, transparent, and data-backed reports covering team performance, revenue status, market intelligence, and forecasts.

  • Enforce 100% compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct, policy manuals, and statutory guidelines.
