Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed activity plans and strategy to conduct health activities.
∎ Maintain coordination with Government and other stakeholders.
∎ Assess continuously the projects directions and propose improvements.
∎ Support to field team and coordination with other sectors.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision to field level staffs to increase program outcome.
∎ Support supervisor in participating in internal and external coordination meetings.
∎ Maintain close working relation with Camp and Upazilla level government offices to seek approval for activity and submit different reports.
∎ Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines and established deadlines
∎ Maintain logistics supply in the field effectively.
∎ Identify and address staff capacity building opportunities.
∎ Ensure logistic requisition to the procurement department.
∎ Follow up regular implementation of project and ensure quality of work.
∎ Ensure on-site technical support in field level.
∎ Submit different types of reports both internally and externally timely.
∎ Coordinate with management and field operation team members
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position will be responsible for project management and effective implementation of the health intervention in the camp level and host community ensuring logistics and other supports to the staff and project facilitation under the supervision of Project Manager or Programme Manager- Technical.
