∎ Masters in any discipline, not less than 2nd class in any certificate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be located in the district office based in Babugonj, Barishal. The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) Under direct supervision of Project Manager (PM). DPM will take necessary of the effective implementation of 'Notun Din' community mobilization program activities in 19 upazilas under 6 district (Barishal, Jhalokathi, Pirojpur, Madaripur and Chandpur). The person will assist technical support to smoothly implement project activities in the intervention area undertake regular monitoring and provide frequently supervision of project staff. Prepare monthly and quarterly activity plan of the project and field level staff. The incumbent will also prepare all kinds of project reports, documents and submit to the Project Manager (PM) and other respective offices in a regular basis.
∎ The incumbent will maintain all kinds of liaison, coordination and effective communication among the stakeholders, donor representatives and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the project activities. The DPM will oversee the Women Entrepreneurs called Gold Star Members (GSMs) activities. He will assist project staff for undertaking knowledge and skills development initiatives and provide technical supports to create awareness on marketing of public health products of SMC to the community people by the GSMs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5- 7 years' experience in managing projects in any development organization.
∎ Have good facilitation, communication, networking and team building knowledge and skills.
∎ Have good writing skills in preparing report in English and Bangla.
∎ Have experience in extensive field visits.
∎ Excellent computer literacy is a must.
∎ Good understanding on compliance internal control and administration procedure.

Salary: Tk. 44100 (Monthly)
