Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Architecture from any reputed public university. Candidates with BSc. in Architecture from BUET, SUST, CUET will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: 3D, Auto CAD Drafting, Eco Tect 2D, MS Office, SketchUp

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop design and architectural plans as per the needs pledged by the Donors.
∎ Visit field regularly for identifying the sites having need for further fabrication, modification.
∎ Maintain proper file management for further and future reference.
∎ Represent BRAC Time to time in field coordination forums for the HCMP, ISCG (Inter Sector Coordination Group), and liaise with national and local authorities, INGOs and other Sectors.
∎ Ensue and complete need assessment of different structure on the basis of beneficiaries/ users demand and need.
∎ Develop advanced visualization and analysis to communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Ensure quality of work and output for best services to the FDMN and host community.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have good working knowledge with Auto-CAD, sketch up, Eco Tect 2D, 3D , Rhino Etc.
∎ Have excellent proficiency in architectural designing.
∎ Have commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Have demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.

Salary: Negotiable
