∎ Strong understanding on national CMAM guideline and government health system
∎ Proven experience in team management, supervision, reporting, budget follow up etc)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Deputy Program Manager - Health, Nutrition & Surveillance will play a key role in ensuring that effective nutrition programs are in place to prevent and treat malnutrition in Kurigram. This includes working closely with local civil society organizations (CSOs) and government frontline workers to build their capacity in identifying, referring, and treating malnourished children effectively. The role also focuses on improving nutrition governance by leading advocacy efforts to address the root causes of malnutrition. This involves creating advocacy platforms, promoting policy changes, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Additionally, the Deputy Program Manager will work with communities to empower them in finding sustainable solutions to malnutrition, ensuring long-term improvements in health and nutrition in the region.
