Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with the MTL to support the overall management of the medical programs in the project and defining the resources needed.
∎ With support from the health facility management team, implementing and monitoring the quality improvement plan in the health facility.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating the medical program and the infection control policy regularly and suggesting improvements if needed
∎ Participating in the collection and the analysis of epidemiological data (meetings, reports, articles, etc.) from the projects/ supporting clinic surveys.
∎ Planning and supervising the processes associated to HR and team management (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, motivation, internal/external communication, etc.) of the staff under his/her responsibility, in order to improve staff capabilities and ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required
∎ Ensuring briefings and debriefings of the (para) medical team members
∎ Coaching and training the project teams on MSF values and ethics, ensuring their capability to achieve MSF quality standards Visiting the project sites on a regular basis ensuring that protocols and guidelines are being implemented and followed
∎ Participating in project explorations to assess healthcare care needs.
∎ Assist the MTL in the annual planning process
∎ Representation of MSF with MoH and other health partners in the field
∎ Assisting MTL in pharmacy management and international medical orders
∎ Assisting in defining and implementing the staff health and security policies in order to ensure its overall safety Depending on needs, replace the key clinic management position during the gap.
∎ In collaboration with the MTL, identify and constitute an emergency team.
∎ Organize training for the emergency team members
∎ Coordinate weekly meetings between HPCE outreach, Mental Health outreach, Humanitarian affairs and epidemiology team and report to MTL.
∎ Work in collaboration with epidemiologist and epi team in outbreak response. Sharing the needed intervention site data necessary for contact tracing and other community based epidemiological activities.
∎ Monitor and order the necessary supplies during emergency reponse. Participate in project monthly Med-Log meetings, Contribute to Monthly Medical Reports (MMR).
∎ In collaboaration with the MTL, participate in MSF representation at project level. Ensure that performance appraisal of the staff he/she manages are up to date.
∎ Responsible for managing the project medical program in the absence of the MTL. Should be flexible to gap fill for medical management roles in the project if necessary

∎ Tk. 150000 - 180000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to level Eleven (11) of the internal MSF salary grid are 150000 Taka BDT. 2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents.
