Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Deputy Managing Director (DMD) to lead our Sales and Trading department. This executive role requires strategic leadership, deep market knowledge, robust client management skills, and an unwavering commitment to compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.     Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with high-value clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and strategic advice.

2.     Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand our market share.

  • Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth targets.

3.     Customer Service & Support:

  • Ensure timely response to client inquiries and swift resolution of issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

  • Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.

4.     Account Management:

  • Maintain accurate client records in compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor client accounts for activity, risk, and financial performance.

  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management and clients.

5.     Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Ensure all sales and trading activities adhere strictly to regulatory standards.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios.

6.     Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with relationship managers, credit analysts, and other internal departments.

  • Share insights and client feedback to continuously enhance our product and service offerings.

7.     Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand evolving client needs and industry trends.

  • Develop strategies to sustain and enhance our competitive market position.

8.     Training & Mentoring:

  • Mentor junior relationship officers, providing guidance and professional development.

  • Deliver training to ensure consistently high standards of client service and sales performance.
