Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Experienced candidate from any related discipline also will get preference in the following field.
  • Industrial and Residential expertise in Substation Sales & Marketing, including power distribution and substation management.
  • Technical knowledge of substation equipment, lifts, solar systems, and generators.
  • Skilled in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Word.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong marketing, managerial, and interpersonal skills with proven client relationship management.


Responsibilities & Context:

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Project Execution of sub-stations, elevators, escalators, generators, transformers, solar systems, BBT, and electrical spare parts across INDUSTRIAL and RESIDENTIAL sectors.

  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and energetic with leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, able to guide teams and manage projects anywhere in Bangladesh.

  • Skilled in office management, reporting, and documentation, with the ability to work under pressure.

Core Responsibilities

  • Promote existing brands, introduce new products, and develop long-term customer relationships.

  • Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and finalize deals to achieve sales and collection targets.

  • Provide solutions for High, low & medium voltage substations including Transformers, HT/LT Switchgear, PFI Plants, HT Metering Panels, solar systems, Lift and Generator.

  • Prepare quotations, BOM, BOQ, cost estimations, and project strategies tailored to customer needs.

  • Lead and guide sales & project teams, ensuring smooth coordination, teamwork, and on-time delivery.

  • Observe project sites, ensure quality, safety, and timely execution while liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and utilities.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and market intelligence to support management decisions.

  • Apply strategies and tools to improve business growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
