∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Food and Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Distributors as per company rules and keep proper inventory and ensure the availability of products at distribution points
∎ Give distributors necessary information regarding products, (advantages & benefits), prices, commissions, comparative advantages of product & attract them
∎ Supervising & guiding the sales field force to achieve the agreed sales and retail coverage
∎ Ensure the optimum mobility of field sales force, troubleshooting and removing discrepancies in field sales operation
∎ Lead, and train the team for unleashing and utilizing their potential to achieve monthly sales volume
∎ Create a strong Distribution channel & maintain relationships with the distributors nationwide
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities & report accordingly and plan and recommend strategies
∎ Monitor day to day sales, stock management, and cash management
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of ASM, TSM, SE, and SO
∎ Assist line manager in day-to-day field sales operational management
