Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and evaluate tender opportunities (Govt. & Private sector)
Prepare and review tender documents proposals and bid submissions
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Technical) for accurate inputs)
Ensure compliance with tender requirements legal and regulatory standards
Manage pricing strategy and cost estimation for bids
Submit tenders within deadlines (manual / e-tender portals)
Maintain tender documentation records and database
Track tender status results, and competitor analysis
Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders for clarification
Handle post-tender negotiations and contract finalization
Monitor performance of awarded contracts
