Experience:

PGDHRM or equivalent HR certification will be an added advantage
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in FMCG companies.
Proven track record in Corporate and Sales recruitment is mandatory.
Experience in manpower planning and recruitment analytics will be highly valued.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
Strategic thinking with attention to detail and quality

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the overall recruitment process for both Corporate and Sales positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational growth and business goals.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate and Sales functions.
Develop and implement annual manpower plans in collaboration with respective departments.
Prepare and monitor the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.
Manage the recruitment reporting system, providing regular updates and analytics to management.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Ensure employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Supervise, mentor, and guide the recruitment team for effective performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices in all recruitment activities.
Coordinate with external partners such as job portals, agencies, and educational institutions to source qualified candidates.
