Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Effectively interact with the technical and production team to maintain product quality as per buyer taste.
∎ Check patterns and construction, identifying and resolving production troublesomeness in a timely manner and making decision on quality aspects.
∎ Monitor QA/QC performance by collecting relevant production data and producing statistical reports to liaise with all related departments.
∎ Conduct a pre-production meeting & follow up in-line inspection, audit & harmony.
∎ Update & keep all necessary documents and SOPs of the quality department.
∎ Identify quality-related training needs and conduct accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ More than 10 years' experience in any reputed denim garments manufacturing factory
