∎ Ensure production completion within lead time.
∎ Daily delay monitoring & reporting.
∎ Keep better relations & communication with any other section head for purpose of production.
∎ Proper communication with buyers, suppliers & different stakeholders
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up Dyeing program for proper batch loading, dyeing of sewing thread using Vat, Reactive and Disperse dyes.
∎ Ensure the setting of the dyeing program and the achievement of target production with quality standards.
∎ Meet per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different of fabric.
∎ Root cause analysis for low production, rejection and CPA.
∎ Develop and execute innovative product strategies for needle loom narrow fabrics to meet market trends and customer demands.
∎ Oversee the design, development, and production of high-quality needle loom narrow fabrics with a focus on technical feasibility and scalability.
∎ Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on product development progress and performance to support strategic planning and decision-making
