Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from any reputed university/Institution; MBA in Operation Management will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee entire production process, analyse and identify process gaps & bottlenecks, and take initiative to enrich overall production outcome
∎ Prepare production plan, analyze down time and adjust extra schedules (if needed) to ensure achievement of target
∎ Take necessary steps to increase productivity and production capacity by following required production standards
∎ Ensure proper utilization of company resources, such as: manpower, machine capacity, materials, etc.
∎ Ensure all safety parameters are maintained at all times during production to reduce lost time accident and first aid case
∎ Provide safety counseling to all staffs and employees of factory to increase employee awareness
∎ Prepare all kinds of production summary reports required by management within specified deadline
∎ Prepare all kinds of accounting and financial summary reports required by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 1 year in similar position
∎ Must have experience of professional ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision, etc.)

∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate
