• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, IPE, Chemical) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master's in Supply Chain Management from a reputed public or private university

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Retail Store, Garments, Textile, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Dairy

• Age 28 to 38 years

• Candidates with experience in the [FMCG, Cement, Commodities, Pharmaceutical] industry will be given preference

• Proven experience in international sourcing, foreign LC opening, and dealing with overseas suppliers

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Bengali

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software

• In-depth knowledge of Inco terms, customs procedures, and logistics

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong ethical standards and high integrity

• Developed and executed strategic sourcing plans for bulk commodities (Rice, Grains, Sugar, Chemicals, Machinery) to build a resilient and cost-effective global supply chain

• Managed the full supplier lifecycle, including identification, qualification, negotiation, and performance management of international vendors

• Secured optimal terms and significant cost savings through high-stakes negotiations on pricing, contracts, and payment terms

• Mitigated supply chain risks by continuously monitoring market trends, commodity prices, and geopolitical factors

• Oversaw the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely material flow and optimal inventory levels

• Ensured strict compliance with company policies and international trade regulations (LC, Customs), maintaining accurate audit trails

• Fostered strong collaboration with Planning, Warehouse, Finance, and QA teams to align procurement activities with operational needs
