Readymix concrete
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the daily operation of plant and related facilities, including safety, staffing & training, incoming and outgoing inventory, quality management, maintenance projects, raw materials scheduling, environmental control, and reporting.
∎ Supervises schedule and orchestrates maintenance projects, and has direct communication concerning products, quality, raw materials, and delivery.
∎ Supervises, schedules, and control costs related to all maintenance projects and plant repair.
∎ Troubleshoot problems that customers, plant managers, dispatchers, drivers, and others may be experiencing.
∎ Maintain complete and accurate documentation of records and files.
∎ Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised
∎ Manage the workforce assigned to plant daily.
∎ Train and qualify all members of the maintenance team so that they can perform their tasks promptly and with accuracy.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly
∎ Assure compliance with all safety progress
∎ Production plaining/Machine layout/ Target setting
∎ Must be target oriented
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft office
∎ Ability to work under pressure and eagerness to take challenge under any stress.
