∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all tasks related to land procurement with utmost sincerity & devotion.
∎ Work hard to achieve periodical target set by the management.
∎ Assist department head to develop different policies to enhance efficiency.
∎ Draft proposal for joint venture development, relevant agreement, deed etc.
∎ Assist reporting supervisor to conduct periodical market survey to take competitive advantage from the market.
∎ Need to study competitor's strategy to take competitive advantage from the market.
∎ Develop & maintain close relationship with all land owners (existing & potential).
∎ Resolve request of Land Owner (if any) within a range of authority, otherwise refer to Head of Department.
∎ Develop & maintain professional relationship with all concerned authorities.
∎ Arrange, coordinate different types of meeting (as and when required) with all concerned (Internal & External) persons.
∎ Maintain and update proper documentation of Planning and Development Department in consultation with Department Head.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with existing Building Construction Act & relevant acts.
∎ Familiar with land related legal papers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have pleasant personality.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
