∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge & experience in Audit, BASEL & other financial matters. Should have a good understanding of audit concepts & techniques, compliance with audit observations, and effective monitoring skills
∎ Minimum 6 years' job experience in a reputed commercial bank/NBFI with at least 3 years' experience in the area of Audit & Inspection/Monitoring & Compliance.
∎ Candidates must have good analytical problem-solving skills along with multitasking ability
∎ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Lead the ICC team to ensure the audit is conducted in a timely, efficient manner in accordance with the Audit Calendar.2. Prepare the audit report precisely and concisely, highlighting significant issues of concern/ process improvement opportunities and recommendations that result in beneficial change.3. Prepare and submission of regularity reports, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and submitted within prescribed timelines4. Recommend audit topics for the annual business plan, grounded in risk and control assessments conducted, as well as strategic insights obtained through the execution of audit engagements and ongoing discussions with management, the Audit Committee, and other key stakeholders5. Perform special investigation/assignment as suggested by senior management/directors or based on assessment by the internal audit department.6. Regular follow-up of audit findings and recommendations for mitigation7. Review Client File documents and make sure that proper documents are maintained in the customer file. Manage the department to liaise with the external auditors to facilitate effective and efficient external audits of the financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting
