∎ Age 30 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Oversee Electrical Functions: Supervise and manage electrical functions across all departments of the mill, ensuring uninterrupted power and smooth operation.
∎ 2. Maintenance & Record Keeping: Ensure preventive and routine maintenance of all electrical components, keeping accurate records of all works carried out.
∎ 3. Team Building & Breakdown Repair: Develop and lead an efficient team capable of handling breakdown repairs and maintenance in the shortest possible time.
∎ 4. Manpower Management: Monitor and manage all employees within the electrical department, ensuring the optimal utilization of available manpower.
∎ 5. Managerial Role: Provide recommendations and advice to superiors on all matters related to electrical and power systems within the mill.
∎ 6. Machines & Components to Handle:
∎ a. BBT, BTS, RTS systems of the plant.
∎ b. A/C Plant Inverter Systems, motors, DB, panels and all spinning related maintenance (Blowroom to Packing).
