Job Context:
∎ Leadswin is looking for a Deputy Manager/Manager, Digital Marketing who will be responsible for supporting the marketing with planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

∎ This position supports implementing promotional campaigns and optimizing assets across digital media channels such as Content Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data-driven, Search Engine Marketing/Pay-per-Click, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Affiliate marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To expertise in Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ To creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good Graphics designing Knowledge.
∎ To create necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, conduct advertising campaign, and product photoshoots for the campaign.
∎ To be experienced in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & targeted customer acquisition.
∎ To measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ To present the upcoming monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans to get approval from the management on a monthly basis.
∎ To be able to generate potential leads.
∎ To manage cross-functionally with internal and external teams/agencies to ensure and deliver output-based campaigns to increase sale growth, and establish a strong brand position.
∎ To launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, social media, Blog, Website & email, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ To understand the customer segments, target them, and analyzing, designing the sales funnel in a timely manner.
∎ To develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote products or services.
∎ To plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ To strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A clear understanding of CRMS (Hub spot/Salesforce) will add extra value to the position.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
