Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop communications strategy aligned with business objectives for both short and long-term impact.
∎ Identify target markets and analyze market trends and seek opportunities to Lead-Generation.
∎ Manage key brand-building activities such as regular/ad-hoc brand communications, employer branding, content marketing, and public relations.
∎ Develop and execute video-based projects, from scripting to production.
∎ Manage production of Marketing Materials and Maintain liaison with suppliers, printers and designers Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials.
∎ Deploy campaigns that impact both branding and business numbers.
∎ Monitor PR activities and align PR agency with brand needs.
∎ Roll out marketing calendar plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8-10 years of solid proven experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing management, strategic planning, good presentation skill
∎ Proven Track record in top-level ad agency management (creative and buying)
∎ Ability to manage the team of creative, copy writing and other personnel
