∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting production activities.
∎ To responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyers quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.
∎ Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team
∎ To receive the fabrics from dyeing section & check all received fabrics.
∎ Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Factory Manager to realize the target with quality.
∎ To maintain liaison with sewing, printing, embroidery & dyeing section regarding quality & quantity.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Timely provide short list and send to concern department.
∎ To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ To ensure discipline in the floor.
∎ To maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.
∎ Special care to reduce overtime. Compliance, SS, quality. RQS and follow the company rules and regulations strictly.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengal;
∎ Good in MS Office package and mailing;
∎ Related training will add advantage to the profile.
